Lukač: Željeznici trebaju jači nadzor, modernizacija i jasna pravila tržišta

Crnogorski željeznički sektor ulazi u novu fazu institucionalnog uređenja. Agencija za željeznice biće nezavisno regulatorno i bezbjednosno tijelo, sa ovlašćenjima da izdaje licence i sertifikate, kontroliše rad željezničkih kompanija i obezbijedi ravnopravan pristup infrastrukturi. Direktor Agencije Denis Lukač za Bankar poručuje da su najveći izazovi zastarjela infrastruktura, finansijska održivost, signalno-sigurnosni sistemi i potreba za daljim usklađivanjem sa evropskim standardima.

    About the Agency

    Independent regulatory body of the railway sector

    The Railway Agency of Montenegro is an autonomous and independent regulator responsible for the safety, licensing and interoperability of railway traffic. Through its work it contributes to a reliable, safe and competitive railway system.

    The Agency maintains the prescribed registers and records, issues licences and certificates and oversees the enforcement of regulations.
